T.H. had obvious crooked teeth because of not enough room in the jaws. A common problem. In addition, T.H. had extensive breakdown of his 6 year old molars.
We planned the removal of the 4 breaking down 6 year old molars and use the extra space to not only align the teeth, but also align the bite and deliver a pleasing smile. One course of simple treatment was able to provide a pleasing smile and avoid costly and complicated future treatment.
