The Practice Has Changed Hands

To our colleagues and patients,

After more than thirty years together, the time has come for us, Dr. Martyn Riley, Dr. Robert McGlade and Dr. Sandro D’Adamo to hand the practice to the next generation of orthodontists.

Since starting in Moonee Ponds in 1981, the practice has grown to now include ten locations and we have treated in excess of 30,000 patients. We are extremely thankful for having had the opportunity to contribute to the dental health of so many children and adults in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

Over the last 5 years, we have been reducing our workload to allow for a smooth transition to the new principal orthodontists, Dr. Shaneel Shastri, Dr. Aidan McKeever and Dr. Lon Kang. They have been taking a leading role in the practice for many years and will soon be the outright owners of The Look Orthodontics.

We totally support their future vision for the Look Orthodontics. Shaneel, Aidan and Lon will continue to provide the high quality orthodontic treatment The Look Orthodontics is well known for. They are caring and competent professionals, always striving to provide the best outcomes for their patients. We wish them every success in their future endeavors.

Our last day as practice principals will be the 8th of May 2020. After this time, Shaneel, Aidan and Lon will be the new principals of The Look Orthodontics.

Dr. Martyn Riley and Dr. Sandro D’Adamo will not be continuing on in the practice after this time. Dr. Robert McGlade will be remaining in a reduced clinical capacity to support the transition.
