The Problem

T.G. had obvious crooked teeth because of not enough room in the jaws. A common problem. In addition, T.G. had cross bite of the back teeth due to a narrow top jaw.

The Solution

We planned a top jaw and tooth expander for 6 months which helped correct the cross bite. Two small teeth were then removed to make the required space. This space was used to not only align the teeth, but also align the bite and deliver a pleasing smile.

T.G. was very happy with his result.

18 months.

What we did

Top jaw and tooth expander, removal of 2 top teeth to make space and then standard metal braces for 18 months. Retaining wires and plate used after braces to maintain result long term.
