O.H. had a crooked front teeth. In addition he had one congenitally missing, and one malformed tooth. His front teeth also stuck out.
We chose to remove the one small malformed tooth. Braces were then placed on the upper and lower teeth to align them. The canine teeth were reshaped slightly to look like the two missing teeth. This avoided the need for complicated long term treatment. Retaining wires and plates were used after braces to maintain result long term.
O.H. was very happy with his result.
